2 Pines Studio was started in 1997, as a unique country studio & store nestled in the Minnesota Northwoods by a husband and wife team, Dick and Louise Gossen. It all started with creations of items made from natural birch and hardwoods from the area and their love for fine quality woods and for fine workmanship that went into crafts that were treasured by many.

2 Pines began as a simple craft business specializing in crafts made from natural woods, scrolled sawed items of art, intarsia, woodburning, and other northwood craft items.
We have since evolved into not only a business of handmade craft items, walking sticks of native woods, but became well known for homemade jewerly items (magnetic bead work and sterling silver) wrist and anklet bracelets, necklaces, and ID name badge holders, etc.
Louise designs custom made jewelry for individual customers taking into account their personal tastes and creating unique "one of a kind" jewelry. Dick also has become a full-line knife representative, featuring hunting, pocket, tactical, novelty style knives, for over a hundred different name brand knives witha company based out of Tennesse. We are also a direct dealer for the world famous Buck Knives Company.

 Please take a look at our Limited Edition Knives that we have to offer in stock now. Many of them we may only have one or two in stock and will be taken off the market or will be shown as SOLD OUT as soon as they are purchased. These knives are truly a treasure and will go up in value rather fast as there are so few made of each Limited Edition. For over a century, BUCK KNIVES have dedicated themselves to making knives of the highest quality. Some of their knives are long-standing favorites that continue in production due to popular demand (often handed down from generation to generation). In addition to receiving valuable input from their product development team, BUCK collaborates with a variety of professionals-mountain climbers, kayakers, hunters, fishermen, outfitters, custom knife makers and even artists.
BUCK’S 2006 mid-year product introduction features new models and line extensions. New models include frame-lock folders, a unique multi-tool and a distinctive neck knife. Line extensions include camo models for some of our Hunting knives.

Warranty
When you purchase a Buck Knife, you buy a knife for life. Please read the information below for explanation of what is covered by our lifetime warranty and how to obtain warranty performance.
Warranty Information
All Buck Knives are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser against breakage or malfunction caused by defects in materials or workmanship. This applies to normal use for which the knife was intended, not abuse or misuse. Buck Knives will repair or replace any defective Buck knife with the same or comparable model (please see “What is Covered” below). If you have any questions about your knife or the warranty, please call our consumer hotline at (800) 215-2825.
